Sheep Pro 202 is a heat-resistant paint made primarily from hectorite and cellulose derivatives, designed to prevent surface oxidation and decarburization during heat treatment. It forms a gas-impermeable fireproof coating and is used as an oxidation and decarburization inhibitor for metals in thermal operations. Since it uses alcohol as a solvent, it is also environmentally friendly. It is made from an ultra-fine, expandable refractory material that is not found in conventional products, allowing for application via hand-held spray. After drying, it forms a coating with a certain degree of strength, but it can be easily removed with water, making cleaning brushes and spray equipment very simple.
